Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns policy at ZRO2 is valid for 14 working days from the date of receiving your items.

Returns will not be accepted after this period. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, kindly provide a receipt or proof of purchase via the Contact Us page on our website or email us zro2ltd@gmail.com.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return item, we'll send you an email confirming receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please however allow up to 21 working days for the refund to reflect.

 

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us via the Contact Us page or email zro2ltd@gmail.com.

 

We do not refund on sale Items, only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours using the Contact Us page or email us at zro2ltd@gmail.com.

 

We only offer exchanges for damaged items. The duration for receiving the exchanged item varies based on your location.

Shipping:

 

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ensure to obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.

 

Note that ZRO2 Limited is not liable for items lost in transit.

 

In the UK, allow 3-5 working days for delivery to us, and 7-14 working days for worldwide delivery.

 

If your item is suspected to be lost, wait up to 28 days before contacting the courier for a refund process.
